Product Description
The significance of the seed purity air blower lies in the efficient removal of impurities, light and shriveled seeds, facilitating breeding experiments or subsequent activities such as sowing. Selected seeds can ensure seed quality, improve seed germination rate, and further ensure that seeds grow uniformly, neatly, and without missing plants after being unearthed.
It is suitable for large size of seeds such as corn, wheat, rice seed, red beans, black beans, soybeans etc.
It is currently mainly used for crop variety testing and separation of small seed samples by seed companies, agricultural science institutes, and inspection units.
Working principle.The seed purity air blowr is a specialized instrument developed using microelectronic control technology based on the aerodynamic behavior (floating speed) of material particles in the airflow, specifically for seed purity testing. The bottom fan will transport the wind through the mesh to the vertical air selection pipeline, separating impurities and light, flattened seeds from pure seeds. This way, the sample will be divided into two parts: the impurity (collected in the top impurity chamber) and the pure seed (collected in the sample box).
