1.Do not touch or pressthe massage head during operation.
2.Do not impact joints.
The fascia relaxation gun is generally only suitable for muscle
soft tissue.If you directly impact the joint,it is almost the same
as knocking the joint directlyon a stone,which is easy to cause
joint damage.
3.Not all parts are suitable for use.
For areas such asthe neck,chest,abdomen,and armpits wherethe muscles arethin and close to organs and the aorta,it is notrecommended to use the fascia gun atall.
4.It's not that the longerand more painful thetime,the moreeffective it becomes.
The soreness should be maintained at 6-8 points when using it,and the use time at the same position should be within 1 minuteas much as possible.
5.Do not use it for infants,minors,pregnantwomen,pacemakers,fractures,or peoplewith metal contents in their bodies.
