Magnetic separators (or electromagnetic separators) are devices used to separate various material compositions on the basis of their magnetic properties. The basic principle is that the Ferro magnetic materials are themselves magnets hence they stick to the magnetic separators, then under the interaction with a magnetic field, paramagnetic materials will be removed from the diamagnetic materials. Self Cooling Belt Type Electromagnetic Series RCYD
This series is of long work shift hanging over belt conveyer. Some parts like stand, roll, and iron discharging belt are available. They can throw away the iron materials continuously which have been attracted into iron collecting box. They are suitable for removing iron magnetic articles from materials of thicker bed and bigger granularity that are rich in iron like ores, coal, hard coke, and limestone. It has advantages of a deep penetration, strong magnetic force and high field gradient, and ensure maximum attracting force in working distance.
