Introduction to digital vibration controller
The vibration controller adopts the advanced distributed structure system, the closed-loop control is realized by the DSP processor, and the PC is independent of the control ring, which ensures the real-time and efficient control system, can respond to any change of the test system in time and quickly, and ensure the stability and high precision of the control. The hardware adopts 32-bit floating point DSP processor with main frequency up to 300MHz, ADC/DAC with 24-bit resolution, and high-precision floating point digital filter and low noise design technology of hardware circuit. The controller randomly controls the dynamic range of more than 90dB, and the signal-to-noise ratio is more than 100dB.
