Loading---Pretreatment---Base coat---Top coat---Oven---Unloading
Paint line pretreatment:
Rinse adopts countercurrent rinse and circulation rinse to save water consumption and ensure cleaning quality of workpiece.
Phosphate liquid in phosphate process produce phosphate slag, when the phosphate liquid slag content reaches
a certain value, wil affect the quality of workpiece phosphate. This project adopts the way of artifical salvage.
