2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Absolutely! Customize your order with a blend of colors and designs to meet your individual preferences. Sizes can also be tailored to your specifications.
3. Can customers have a sample before ordering? What is the sample policy?
Certainly. We are delighted to offer bespoke samples for your evaluation. A sample fee applies, which will be reimbursed upon placement of your order.
4. How do we ensure quality? Can customers conduct inspections?
Our Quality Control (QC) team oversees every crucial stage, ensuring excellence post-production. Prior to shipment, we can send you photos and videos. Should you have a representative or office in China, we welcome inspections at our facility. Third-party inspections such as SGS or COC are also accommodated.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
Certainly, we provide a variety of shipping options, including EX-factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door delivery. If you have a designated shipping agent, we can facilitate delivery to their warehouse or directly load the container at our factory.
