1. How to order the doors & windows?
Based on your architecture and unique decoration style, we offer expert guidance on a range of material and design options tailored to your needs. Alternatively, you can forward your Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or drawings, and we will provide a detailed quotation and introduction within 24 hours.
2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Absolutely! Each order can be customized with a mix of colors and models to meet your specific request. Sizes are also customizable.
3. Can customers have a sample before ordering? What is the sample policy?
Certainly! We are delighted to offer customized samples. A sample cost is required, but this cost will be reimbursed upon placing your order.
4. How do you ensure quality? Can customers conduct inspections?
Our dedicated Quality Controllers (QC) oversee all key processes and inspect thoroughly upon production completion. Before shipment, we can provide photos and videos for your review. If you have a representative or office in China, you are welcome to visit our company for an inspection. They can verify all details and measurements. Additionally, third-party inspections, such as SGS and COC, are accepted.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
Indeed, we offer flexible delivery terms including EX-factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door services. If you have your own shipping agent, we can deliver doors directly to their warehouse or load the container at our factory.
