3. Can customers have a sample before ordering? What is the sample policy?
Certainly. We are delighted to offer a sample crafted to your unique specifications. While a sample cost is applicable, it will be reimbursed upon confirmation of your order.
4. How can we ensure quality? Can customers conduct inspections?
Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team meticulously oversees every critical phase of production and conducts thorough checks upon completion. Before shipment, we will provide detailed photographs and videos for your review. If you have a representative or office in China, we welcome them to our facility for a personal inspection to verify and measure every aspect. We also accommodate third-party inspections like SGS and COC.
