Clamping unit
Pulling cylinder and platen no contact, using linear rail, less energy, higher precision, clamping precision up to +/-0.01mm for smooth action.

Injection unit
Barrel heating is one of the source of the heat, it is treated with insulation. Compared to servo hydraulic machine, it reduces the shopfloor temperature and reduce energy consumption by 30%.
Machine is equipped with heavy duty bearing cylinder, to protect the loading cylinder life and improve precision, it also enable the high speed injection at high precision, high speed and high pressure.

Controller
By Inovance. Using intel Core i7,i5, Celeron processor, closed loop controlled, each axis precision up to 0.01mm, pressure precision by 0.1mPAa, Best in the industry;4GB DDR4 + SSD 64GB,could keep up to 5mil process data and 5000 tool data, and 100k process log. Support excel and pdf extraction and input to the machine.Own software design by Inovance, with company controlled know-how, could do software upgrade or customization, for stronger production control.
