TOR-WR Lift wire rope torsion testing machine is a new type of wire torsion testing machine with digital display. It is mainly used for torsion test of lift wire rope from Ф0.1 to Ф1.8.
This machine adopts horizontal structure, use AC motor with high precision reducer. The controller is an embedded system, which has the characteristics of high stability, large torque and high control accuracy.
Lift wire rope torsion testing machine is mainly used to determine the ability of metal wires to withstand plastic deformation in one-way or two-way torsion and display the surface and internal defects of the wire, providing a reliable measurement method for the production of wire and the unit using the wire.
