SJOIN Leak Pipe Repair Bandage (Waste Pipe Tape) is also known as industrial armored winding tape, armor tape, armor belt. It is a fast curing tape composed of flexible fiberglass mesh impregnated with water activated polyurethane resin. It enable any user to make a permanent pipe repair to a burst or leaking pipe repair in under 30 minutes without formal training, even when water pressure cannot be isolated and water flow does not need to be turned off to carry out a repair. Pipe repairs are effective on pipes of all types in industrial and domestic settings and cost a fraction of carrying out a pipe replacement and pipe repair.

1, If used for leak repair, first with the traditional plugging material will block off the leaks, omit this step when used for other purposes.
2, Wear gloves, open bags, take out the tape and directly pour the water (about 25C) into the bag, remove the tape after a few seconds squeezes, squeeze out excess water tape.
3, armored tape wrap spirally on the fixed parts, each overlapping layer of 1/3, and a little to the force, generally winding 4 to 8 layers, concrete layers vary depending on the application. It should be rubbed repeatedly after winding and pressed surface to shaping in order to increase the adhesive force between the layers.
4, Armoring tape must be used once you open the bags, each time you open a bag (can't open several bags one time), and the operation is completed within the stipulated time.
5, The water temperature and working temperature decides the curing time, curing time reference values are as follows:
2ºC/ 36 ºF ( 15 minutes), 25 ºC / 77ºF (8 minutes), 50 ºC / 122 ºF (4 minutes)
6.Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place, indoor storage temperature in 10ºC ~ 30ºC.
Each bandage is wrapped individually in a Aluminum Plastic Bag, and then put them in Hard Inner Box,Outside Corrugated Carton
