Product Application
This machine is suitable for PP, PE plastic, through extrusion and pressure filtration to test the dispersion properties of pigments, additives, masterbatches and other polymer.
The test material is melted and homogenized firstly by a single screw extruder, then conveyed to the die with a filter by the melt pump.The instrument measures in real time, records the melt pressure change curve before the filter, automatically analyzes and calculate the pressure filter value to achieve the characterization of the masterbatch or other filler material dispersion performance, test results automatically output, intuitive interface, accurate data.
