Description
We SYI can supply the ductile iron D400 Adjustable Curb Grating, with flat grating and vertical grating together, flat grating with hinge and spring bar lock, vertical grating can be adjust the height. The two gratings can be connected with bolts.

We SYI can supply the ductile iron D400 Adjustable Curb Grating, with flat grating and vertical grating together, flat grating with hinge and spring bar lock, vertical grating can be adjust the height. The two gratings can be connected with bolts.
SYI Ductile iron D400 Adjustable Curb Gully Grating is made from spherical graphite cast iron (ductile iron) by hand moulding,flat top, with hinge. Very good quality, smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any othe defects. Loading capacity is 40tons. Without kite mark.
The marks including the customer's logo can be changed.
The normal coating is black bitumen 50 microns thickness, also can make the epoxy coating according to the customer's demand.

* The flat grating with invisible hinge and 180° opening.
* Single spring lock and gasket for anti-jumping and anti-rocking.
* Height of vertical grating is adjustbale. After installation, the grating has the same height of concrete curb side.
* Vertical slots to increase drainage capacity.
* The flat and vertical grating can be used separately, as well as assembled.
Installation instruction of SYI Adjustable Curb Grating:
1. Place the flat gratingwith the back facing upward on the precast cement site, and bind a steel bar on the frame reinforced web
2. Place the self-made internal baffle tooling on the frame, with the steel plate thickness of 5mm and the overall dimension of 50x750x100mm (prevent the precast concrete from entering the hinge hole and ensure that the internal dimension of the precast concrete does not exceed the wellhead dimension)
3. Install the outer baffle (the inner side is close to the outer edge of the frame without leaving a gap). Block the two corners on the connecting surface between the frame and the vertical grate. Do not block the bolt hole
4. Fill with concrete flush with the outer baffle
5. Remove the internal and external baffles and check whether the concrete has fallen corners and pores
6. Theoretically, the height after precast concrete is 98mm (removing the pattern)
7. When the concrete is completely dry, it can be installed together with the vertical grate, and then installed on the road as a whole
