Product Description
1. Application
The axial fan JYFZ-2 is used primarily in the air-conditioning hall of a textile factory, as well as in the air-conditioning and ventilating places of non-corrosive gas.
2. Specifications
The serial fans includes 7 different sizes, such as №10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, 16 , 18and 20. Each size fan may be fitted up 3 blades and different set angles of blade, as followed the performance data of the fan.
The fan can be installed by two installation ways, i.e. wall-mounted (type Q) and ground-mounted (type L). When placing an order, users should choose the appropriate installation method according to the actual situation, so as to produce and deliver according to the order.
3. Configurations
The whole machine consists of a fan and an air-collector.
The structure of the fan is simple, so the installation and maintenance can be done easily. The vane that is aerofoil shape and twist along the height of the blade is made of ZL104, a kind of high strength cast aluminum alloy, and treated by the hardening and oxidizing surface process, so that it has the advantages of the hard surface, fine corrosion resistance and long service life. The impeller is connected to the motor directly. The capacity of the motor can be selected according to the different air pressure and flow.
