Heatless Regenerative Adsorption Desiccant CNG Natural Gas Dryer
Natural gas dehydration unit installed before CNG compressor.1500 Nm3/h Natural Gas Dehydration Unit for CNG Station. As natural gas from pipelines often contains much water, natural gas dehydration units installed before the compressor are aimed to deeply remove the water in the pipe network to make the pressure dew point be -40 °C.
Natural gas dehydration unit installed after CNG compressor. It is used in the refueling stations and various transport terminals occasions where the one installed after CNG compressor can't be used. As it is installed after CNG compressor, it can't protect the compressor.
Product Features:
(1) Adsorption and regeneration as two separate systems: adsorption function works under pressure; low pressure closed-cycle regenerative heat.
(2) Explosion-proof electric control box mounted directly on the machine is easy to operate; We can also make electrical control box separately on the non-hazardous area according to users' requirements.
(3) Explosion-proof electric control box on directly with a PLC controller and display text, ready to understand the equipment work.
(4) The pre-filter can remove liquid oil, water, dust and effectively protect and extend the life of the adsorbent.
(5) The after-filter can remove impurities and dust pipes to prevent secondary pollution so as to protect the compressor stable operation.
(6) Unique process designed can ensure the stability of the regeneration system pressure, reducing the switching differential adsorption and regeneration system, aside drying adsorption capacity, to ensure the stability of the equipment and the dew point.
(7) System is simple and reliable, scientific and reasonable, adaptable, widely used, the preferred solution of CNG dewatering equipment.
(8) Automatic filling pressure ensures the desiccant life.
(9) Dedicated natural gas-type molecular sieves.
(10) According to users' needs, different processes products like air-cooled type, water-cooled type, fully automatic, semi-automatic process are provided from us.
(11) According to users' needs, we can also provide the machine up to ASME (American standard).
