1.      General introduction:

1.1    It adopts high strength worm and gear structure, the clamps can rotate at any direction, it can self-lock at any angle, it is convenient for students to observe at multi-angle.

1.2    There is a oil receiver at the bottom of the stand, it is convenient for small parts store and hold the oil when dismounting the gearboxes.

1.3    The stand can bear over 1000kgs.

1.4    Steel, spray painted stand, with universal trundles, it can move freely.

2.      Technical parameter:

2.1    worm and gear reducer: speed ratio: 1:60; output shaft torque: >3500N.m; it can rotate at any direction; adopts hand wheel to turn, it can rotate flexibly.

2.2    Base and column: internation high-quality Q235A steel, welded, steel thickness is above 5mm; the surface is with high temperature spraying treatment, the oil paint will not fade easily.

2.3    Trundle: domestic branded iron PU high-strength universal trundle, φ125X50, inner bearing is roller style, each trundle can afford above 400kgs.
