Introduction of the Product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is an innovative environmental solution offered by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It includes a regenerative chamber, an oxidation chamber, a fan, and more. RTO efficiently absorbs and utilizes heat during the oxidation process, minimizing heat emissions and loss, maintaining a high thermal efficiency of approximately 98%.

Operational Principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it undergoes high-temperature oxidation at around 800 ºC. This process effectively oxidizes VOCs into CO2 and H2O, ensuring a high VOCs removal rate.

Processing Objects:

RTO is suitable for various chemical plants, including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It excels in treating large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations not exceeding 5000PPM.

Processing Capacity:

RTO can handle processing capacities ranging from 5000-100000Nm3/h, with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
