1.Description:
Epoxy resin has different viscosity requirements based on its intended use. When better impregnation and casting effects are required, users often need products with lower viscosity to meet the process conditions. Adding epoxy diluents to reduce viscosity and improve the process performance of epoxy resins is a commonly used method.Epoxy resin diluents include both non active diluents and reactive diluents. Non active diluents are compatible with epoxy resins, but do not participate in curing reactions.
Reactive diluents participate in the curing reaction, reducing the viscosity of epoxy resin while also allowing the cured product to have a higher crosslinking density.
From the current usage environment, reactive diluents can not only meet the performance requirements of epoxy resins, but also better meet environmental protection needs. Because even non active diluents with high boiling points may evaporate during the curing reaction as the exothermic temperature of the reaction increases.

3. Application
To lower the viscosity of liquid epoxy resin, to be used as floor material, concrete repairing material, filling material, flexility material, embedding material, to be used in diluent and tougheness improvement, and winding-forming.
4. Packing & Storage
- Packed in 20 kg/barrel or 180 kg/barrel, or 900kgs/ IBC.
- Storage and transportation must conform to basic requirements of normal chemicals.
- Store in a cool, dry and well ventilated area. Keep away from ignition sources, heat and flame and sunlight.
- It is necessary to maintain insulated (tightly seal) after use, in order to avoid negative influence arousing from moisture absorption.
