1.DESCRIPTION
FR-4 is created from alkali-free glass cloth that has been impregnated with epoxy resin by hot processing, It has high mechanical and electrical properties, good heat resistance and humidity resistance, so it is widely used in mechanical, electronic and electrical equipment as components of insulation parts.
