UCH0191-75X is a solvent-based liquid epoxy resin made from solid epoxy resin diluted by xylene.
Introduction
Epoxy Resin 0191 is a solid resin, which is manufactured from bisphenol A and Epoxy Resin 0164. Epoxy Resin 0191-75X is 75 percent solids Epoxy Resin UCH0191 in a solution (xylene). It is recognized as a universal solvent epoxy resin and designed for use in applications where cure must be achieved at room temperature. Epoxy Resin UCH0191-75X is an excellent base for the formation of high quality chemical resistant coatings, when cured with polyamine or polyamide curing agents. The solidified film has excellent water and chemical resistance, and is suitable for application as anticorrosive coating for the lining of ships, bridges, coastal buildings, pipelines, storage tanks, etc.

Packaging and Storage
UCH0191-75X is supplied in iron drums contains 220 kg or 20 kg. It is recommended that this solvent diluted liquid epoxy resin be stored in a dry place in its original closed packaging at temperature between 10ºC and 40ºC (The minimum storage temperature should not be lower than 2ºC).The product should not be stored exposed to direct sunlight. Under these conditions the self life should be a minimum of 12 months from date of manufacture.
