ER308L is 21Cr-10Ni ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel gas shielded welding wire. It has excellent performance: good welding workability, stable arc, beautiful appearance, less spatter, and suitable for all-position welding.
APPLICATION:
It is used for welding ultra-low fabric 00Cr19Ni10 stainless steel structural parts, also be used for 0Cr18Ni10Ti corrosion-resistant stainless steel structural parts whose working temperature is lower than 300 ºC . Mainly used for the manufacture of synthetic fibers, fertilizers, petroleum and other equipment.

ATTENTION:
- Protective gas ratio recommended Ar+(1%-3%)O2
- Gas flow: 20~25L/min
- Dry elongation: 15~25mm
- Remove rust, moisture, oil, and dust from the solder joint
- In outdoor welding, appropriate windproof measures shall be taken when the wind speed is greater than 1.5m/s to prevent the generation of air holes.
