lntegrated filter cartridge dust collector EKM3000 is a series of dust collectors specially developed for welding, cutting, polishing and other smoke and dust characteristics.
It integrates the design of filtering units, fan motors, control systems, preprocessors, etc., and is equipped with different air volumes and quantities of filtering units to adapt to different on-site working conditions. The air inlet is equipped with a uniform flow ash blocking device, which has a more uniform wind speed, lower wind resistance, and prevents the filter cartridge from being damaged by large particle dust at high speeds.
It adopts a guide cone filter cartridge, which improves the ash cleaning effect by more than 30% compared to ordinary filter cartridges.
