KAYA TOOLS-Y080005 is a range of straight flute taps that are optimized for short chipping ISO K, ISO N and ISO H materials. Suitable for through and blind holes. It's made of HSS-E-PM and solid carbide, for superior wear resistance and tool life. This results in fewer machine stoppages and reduced cost-per-hole. Long tool life reduces costs. Superior process security. Excellent thread quality. Optimized geometries allow for reliable, predictable tool life in both through and blind hole applications. Optimized grades ensure low friction at high speeds for precision threads, resulting in excellent thread quality.
