Vacuum foundry lines
Our factory possesses four world-leading vacuum foundry lines. The capacity is up to 100,000t per year, and the weight is from 5 0kg to 16000kg.
We can produce counterweights for Forklift, Elevator, Crane, Engineering Machinery, Farm Machinery, etc
KW Line (Static pressure molding line )
The equipments of the line were imported from KW of Germany.
KW line can produce: about 35000 Ton per year
The main production include: transmission, housing, case, valve, hub, wheel, axle, Bridge shell
Resin sand foundry line
The molding machine as well as sand preparation line is imported from IMF of Italy.
The main products include: transmission, housing, case, valve, hub, wheel, axle, Bridge shell
Lost Form foundry line
Lost Foam Casting is known as Green Project of the 21st century. The key facilities of the line were imported from the U.S.A. and Germany.
It supplies high quality castings for industry vehicles and relative industry. Products are transmission cases & brake drums used in forklift trucks. .
The capacity of the line can reach 1,0000t per year.
CNC Machining
We can supply all machined castings with high accuracy.
