Production process of our Plastic extrusion mould extrusion die head,
1. Quality Control for income Raw material.
2. Material Heat treatment.
3. Raw material will do Wire-electrode cutting, CNC machining,drilling,etc.
4. Finished components will do pre-assembly, after that, polishing components to make sure all components match together perfect and with smooth surface. Lastly, extrusion die head will do Chrome-plating process.
5. Plastic Extrusoin mould extrusion die head will do assembly again.
6. Ready Package and delivery.
