Pultrusion resin has the following characteristics:
High production efficiency, can continuously manufacture long strip products.
The product has excellent performance, high strength and corrosion resistance.

Applicable to products of various cross-sectional shapes.
Raw material preparation: Prepare continuous reinforcing fibers (such as glass fiber, carbon fiber) and resins (such as unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, etc.).
Impregnation molding: Impregnate the fibers with resin to form prepreg.
Molding: Feed the prepreg into a closed pultrusion mold and cure it under heat and pressure.
Drawing: The molded product is continuously pulled out of the mold through a drawing device.
Cutting: Cut the pulled product as needed.
Pultrusion resin has low viscosity, good wettability and fast curing speed.
Pultrusion resin is suitable for pultrusion manufacturing of electronic appliances, automobiles, communications and other products.
