Performance:
1. The stabilizer is used for processing different types of plasticized and semi-rigid PVC, such as calendering, extrusion, particulate composite, and plastisol. It has good dispersibility, excellent transparency, heat, and light stability, without plate-out, and keeps its initial color well.
2. It can improve the PVC products' transparency and can be used for the processing of artificial leather and PVC film instead of barium stearate, and zinc stearate, it is more suit for the processing of calendaring.
The liquid mixed metal stabilizers are used in several PVC flexible applications like the calendered film; extruded profiles; injection molded; soles; footwear; extruded hoses and plastisols (artificial leather, coated fabric, toys, conveyor belt), etc.
