Ultrasonic Vibration Plate
The ultrasonic vibration box is one of the core components in ultrasonic cleaning equipment, and its performance directly affects the cleaning effect and efficiency. The ultrasonic vibration box is mainly composed of a vibration plate, ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic generator, power supply, and other parts. Among them, the vibration plate is the core component of the vibration box, usually made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy material, with good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Ultrasonic transducers are responsible for converting high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration, and their performance directly affects the vibration effect and stability of the vibration box. The ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency electrical energy, which is supplied to the vibration box through the power supply, thereby driving the vibration plate to perform high-frequency vibration.
The plug-in ultrasonic transducer box is vertically installed at the discharge end of the tank, and the filter plate moves in a circular motion with the rotation of the rotor. The working surface of the filter plate passes through between the two ultrasonic boxes. In the joint cleaning stage, external ultrasonic vibration is carried out in conjunction with backwash water positive pressure flushing and chemical cleaning to more thoroughly remove fine particles and a small amount of chemical scale on the micropores and surface of the filter plate, keeping the capillary tube of the filter plate unobstructed.
The lifting type ultrasonic transducer box is installed in the slurry tank between the rotor and the mixing drive shaft, and is connected to the lifting crossbar through a connecting rod. When the ceramic filter is used for filtration operation, the ultrasonic transducer box is lifted above the slurry level without contact with the slurry. In the joint cleaning stage, the ultrasonic transducer box enters the slurry tank below the cleaning water level and performs high-frequency vibration on the micropores and surface of the filter plate.
