Exchanger Gas Evaporator LNG Ambient Air Vaporizer Heat Exchanger
Structural features:
This product is processed with integral graphite block, the heat exchange block has no central hole, higher utilization rate and reliable performance. The special deep hole drilling machine is used for drilling, the heat exchange blocks are sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene, and the upper part of the equipment is equipped with pressure spring as temperature difference stress compensation device. Compared with yka, the seal is more reliable. The maximum heat exchange area can reach 800 m2.
Design parameters:
Design temperature: - 35 ºC ~ 200 ºC, special conditions can reach 400 ºC.
Design pressure: ≤ 0.8 MPa.
Application scope:
It can be used in evaporator, heater, cooler and heat exchanger.
