
The puffed food production line is slightly different according to the product type (such as sandwiched rice fruit, fried potato chips, small Fried Dough Twists, etc.), but the core process usually includes the following steps:
1. Raw material processing: mix corn flour, Rice noodles, flour, starch and other main materials with additives and water, and mix them evenly through a flour mixer.
2. Extrusion puffing: Use a single screw or twin-screw puffing machine to treat the raw materials at high temperature and high pressure, forming a porous puffing structure.
The twin-screw model is suitable for a wider range of raw materials and can produce different forms such as hollow tubes and sheets.
3. Forming and cutting: The puffed semi-finished product is cut into specific shapes (such as 2cm-20cm rice fruits or animal shapes) by a shaping and cutting machine, and some products need to be filled with peanut butter, chocolate, and other fillings using a core injection machine.
4. Drying/deep frying:
-Drying: Multi layer electric oven (0-200 ºC controllable) is used to remove moisture, and the baking time is adjustable.
-Frying: The automatic fryer is used to produce crispy rice balls, sesame seeds, etc. After frying, the oil is controlled by a slinger.
5. Seasoning: spray sugar, salt, essence, etc. on the fuel injector, drum flavoring line or octagonal cylinder to ensure uniform coating.
6. Cooling and packaging: After cooling, use a vertical or combination packaging machine to complete quantitative packaging.
