UNION Intramedullary Nail: New Intramedullary Nail Proximal Femoral Fracture
The double-screws union locking mode can not only avoid the "Z" effect produced by the traditional reconstruction nails, but also provide a controllable sliding compression effect.
Application: Including various types of fractures of the proximal femur, femoral neck and femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture and subtrochanteric fractures, inverse intertrochanteric fracture, and fracture nonunion or malunion, treatment of multiple injuries.

Design Features:
1. Original design of interlocking nail combination: the best stability, anti rotation, anti cut out into the pressure screw for significant compression effect;
2. 5 ° valgus angle to provide a minimally invasive approach to the greater tuberosity;
3. The distal end uses a unique hairpin like bifurcation design to reduce stress concentration, avoid distal fractures, and reduce pain;
4. Insert the compression bolt in advance so that it can be locked if necessary to eliminate excessive slippage;
5. The cross-sectional area of the proximal trapezoid is designed to enhance the stability and mechanical advantage;
6. The proximal end (15.25*16.25mm) is beneficial to the preservation of normal bone and tendon;
7. Remote locking screws may be selected for power or static interlocking, Diameter:9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm.
