1. Delivery time:
We usually deliver within 30 days after receiving the order.
For those products with sufficient inventory, delivery usually can be made within one week.
The stock quantity is changing every day, please kindly confirm with our sales.
2. Packaging:
We provide basic packaging services, such as bubble wrap and shipping boxes. If the customer needs special packaging, we can also provide that.
3. Shipping method:
Usually DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other couriers. If the customer has a specific shipping method requirement, we can also negotiate that.
1. MOQ:
For those available products, our MOQ is 1 piece if you find shipping cost-effective.
For your design ( need open new molds or branded), the MOQ depends on different products. Please contact us for further discussion.
2. OEM&ODM:
We offer OEM and ODM services.
3. Payment method&terms:
We accept payment by PayPal, Western Union, T/T, L/C, and other methods.
For the first cooperation, 100% payment by T/T.
For further cooperation, we accept 50% T/T as deposit and 50% before shipment.
4. Sample:
We offer samples. But the samples(depending on the qty) and shipping costs are paid by the buyers.
This sample cost will be refunded when the order is confirmed.
5. Quality Guarantee & After-sales service:
We guarantee the quality of all our products. If there is any quality problem during the warranty period, we will replace, repair, or refund according to the product's condition.
We provide after-sales service for all products. Including product installation, use explanation, troubleshooting, etc.
6. Customs and duties:
We can assist customers with customs clearance and duty payment procedures. If the customer needs help with customs and duties, you can contact us for assistance.
