The fried snacks production line twin screw extruder adopts frequency converter for speed regulation, with strong power and stable operation. The screw adopts alloy steel nitriding treatment for longer service life. Visual automatic temperature control system, more intuitive temperature control. The screw has the function of automatic cleaning without disassembly. The fried snacks production line continuous fryer is heated by electric energy, with fast heating speed and stable temperature. Continuous frying is adopted to save manpower and speed up frying. The bottom is equipped with an oil discharge port to facilitate oil unloading and cleaning. Mesh belt transmission adopts frequency conversion control, frying time is adjustable. And the equipment has automatic smoke exhaust system. The seasoning line includes octagonal seasoning drum, single seasoning drum, double seasoning drum and double-head octagonal drum seasoning line which our customer can choice according capacity, cost, function and others.
