Extrusion Coating & Laminating Machine for Aseptic Packaging, Beverage Cartons
Introduction:
Our liquid aseptic packaging extrusion laminating line is used to produce such a complex paper board / aluminum foil composited sheet in a high performance and high speed process. The line is equipped with 3 set of multi-layer co-extrusion systems and automatic-adjust T die, capable of running PE,PP,EVA,EAA,EMA coating grade polymers. Fully automatic turret unwinder and winder, corona or flame treatment are available for best converting efficiency. The standard product width is from 700-1350mm and the line speed is 300mpm. The control of the complete line is integrated by PLC system and HMI. We provide customers with individual requirements to best meet the market need.

milk pouch, beverage carton, fruit juices, tomato sauce, soup sachets, toothpaste tube, medical barrier packaging etc.
