Full bore design, effectively eliminate the pressure drop and eddy, slowing down fluid solid particles on the flushing valve;
·A unique seal form, so that substantially reduce the torque;
·metal seal between the valve body and the valve cover, valve plate and valve seat;
·The valve plate surface of supersonic spray coating carbide, valve seat ring adopts hard alloy, with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance;
·Seat ring mounted by a fixed plate, keeping good floatability;
·The valve stem is provided with inverted sealing structure, convenient for replacement of valve stem packing under pressure case;
·The valve cover is equipped with sealing grease injection valve, in order to supplement the sealing grease, enhance sealing performance of valve seat and valve plate and lubricating performance;
·configure the gas ( liquid ) actuating drive according to the needs of the user.
