Product Description
FDD cotton packaging film (sticky and non sticky) is made of imported high-strength raw materials and advanced three-layer co-extrusion technology. After a professional team's formula design, it has been repeatedly tested in Xinjiang and Brazil and other regions. The vertical and horizontal tensile force is balanced and stable, with high flatness, UV resistance, cold, heat resistance, and high humidity environment. It does not explode at -20 degrees Celsius.
The adhesive layer and non adhesive layer of FDD cotton packaging film are separated to reduce cotton pollution and waste. The formula independently developed by FDD allows the adhesive to be added to the film without residue, secondary pollution, and strong self-adhesion; Cotton forms a circular package through packaging film, reducing the contact area of the ground, and it has functions such as wind, rain, and breath-ability. The circular cotton bag is fully wrapped, further reducing the loss of seed cotton in the fields and storage areas of the ginning plant, and improving the work efficiency of the tying processing line.
FDD can customize cotton packaging films for different models of cotton pickers, such as the John Deere 7760/CP690/CS690 from the United States and other imported or domestic cotton picker requirements, to improve labor efficiency and increase cotton farmers' income during the preparation for cotton harvest.
