HEPA Fan Filter Unit FFU are mainly used in the following industries: photoelectric optics, electronics industry, food and beverage pure water plants, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, biological engineering, medical, precision instrument manufacturing, semiconductor processing industry, etc.
The fan filter unit, which can be used in modular connection, is equipped with two levels of primary and high efficiency filters. The fan draws the air from the top of the fan filter unit and filters it through the primary and high efficiency filters.
