Description: the fluorubber sheet, FKM sheet are made by drum vulcanizer(ROTOCURE) or plate vulcanizer with high quality fluorubber. The fluorubber(FKM) is a flouroelastomer created for today most demanding applications. It has very excellent resistance to acids, hot water, low pressure steam, chlorinated solvents, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils, fuels, ozone and weather, lubricants, animal and vegetable oils. With very wide service temperature range of -30 to +250 celsius. The fluorubber are well known for its high performance rubber with excellent resistance to hydrocarbons, chemicals, oil and heat. It also has outstanding resistance to compression, especially at elevated temperature. This rubber sheet is widely used in oil industry, aviation field, automotive industry, aerospace and other aggressive environments. 0.5-6mm thickness made by drum vulcanizer(ROTOCURE) with shiny surface, 7-100mm thickness made by plate vulcanizer for higher thickness. With many high characters such as high heat aging resistance, high temperature resistant, ozone resistant, oil resistant, vacuum resistant, acid & alkali resistant, chemic cautery resistant. It could work in air, oil, acid or alkali and all kinds of other chemic solution which contains 100% cautery material at the temperature of -30°C - +250°C(moment 320°C maximum). Appearance of product this type feels gleaming and flattening. Allowable variation of thickness is tiny and all physical indexes are excellent. With outstanding performances of high temperature resistant, oil-proof, strong acid and alkali proof the product could withstand hard environment's test.
