The outside air(1) is filtered(2) and heated(3) into the main tower(4) of the granulator to cause the seeds to boil in the tower.The liquid material is pumped(9) from the storage tank(8) to the atomizer(10) and atomized by the compressed air(7) at the nozzle, sprayed into the boiling powder surface, followed by a drying and a curing, forming a solid layer, so that the particles can grow up.
