Working Theory
In a fluidized bed dryer granulator, the powder granules are maintained in a fluidized state. They are preheated and mixed with clean, heated air. Concurrently, an adhesive solution is sprayed into the container, causing the particles to granulate with the adhesive. As the granules are continuously dried by hot air, moisture is evaporated. This continuous process results in the formation of ideal, uniform, and porous granules.

Materials are inhaled into the high-speed wet mixing granulator through a vacuum feeder. Simultaneously, adhesive from the pressure liquid-adding tank is atomized into the granulator by a pressure spray gun. This adhesive mixes with the fine powder to form a soft material. Under the force of the cutting knife, the soft material is then transformed into wet granules.
The uniform wet granules enter the vertical fluid bed dryer, where they are dried under vacuum negative pressure.
