FM200 Filling Machine, Hfc-227ea Gas Refiller

1. Usage:

The filling machine is suitable for use in liquid medium without pressure, such as seven fluorin propane, six fluorine propane etc. Agents partial filling.
The filling machine have nitrogen inlet hole, through nitrogen to pressing the medium in the storage container, using siphon phenomenon release medium of storage container, to filling. Filling mouth is divided into two: QMP1 and QMP2.
Use of this filling machine can improve the filling efficiency and reduce the medium loss.

2. Filling machine structure:

1) Four pressure gauges:
Pressure gauge P1(0-25MPa)is show nitrogen stored cylinder pressure.
Pressure gauge P2(electric joint pressure gauge 0-4MPa)is show medium stored cylinder pressure.
Pressure gauge P3(0-10MPa)is show pressure after filling medium to cylinder.
Pressure gauge P4(0-10MPa)is show pressure after filling medium to cylinder.

2) Five kinds control valve:
F1 is pressing control valve for medium stored cylinder.
F2. F4 respectively is pressing control valve after filling medium to cylinder.
F3. F5 respectively is quality(weight) control valve for filling medium to cylinder.

3) With a sound and light alarm device(AC. 220V input);


3. Valve parameters:


F1, F3, F5-Gas throttle valve-DN2.5-Inlet M14*1.5-Outlet M14*1.5
F2, F4-Manual globe valve-DN6-M18*1.5-M18*1.5

4. Operating way:

1)First turn off all valve, according our drawing to connect; Use weighing device to weight the QMP1 and QMP2 cylinde, and record.
2)Open N2 cylinder C valve, show pressure on P1 pressure gauge. (If the nitrogen storage cylinder pressure is not enough, please replace the nitrogen storage cylinder)

3)Adjust the medium stored cylinder max working pressure on P2 pressure gauge, such as medium stored cylinder max working pressure is 2Mpa, so adjust to 2Mpa on P2 pressure gauge. (use suitable screwdriver, push the pressure gauge in the red, green two pointers to 2Mpa)

4)Open A valve of medium stored cylinder, open F1 valve, to pressuring the medium stored cylinder to 0.9 times of max working pressure(Such as: The maximum working pressure value of medium storage cylinder is 2 MPa, closed F1 valve when pressuring to 1.8MPa pressure). When pressuring to 2Mpa, P2 electric joint pressure gauge connect to electric power, sound and light alarm device give a alarm, inform the operator that the medium stored cylinder pressure is high, should closed F1 valve immediately.

5)Open B valve of medium stored cylinder, open F2(F4) valve, filling to QMP1(QMP2) cylinder, note the filled cylinder's weight, when reach the fill weight requirement, closed F2(F4) valve; Open F3(F5) valve, pressuring according to authorised pressure, pressuring pressure respectively reads on P3(P4) pressure gauge, when reach the authorised pressure, closed F3(F5) valve.

6)According to the above method to repeat filling, two filling mouth can be use a single filling mouth, can also be filling at the same time.

7)If the medium stored cylinder pressure not enough in the process of filling, can open the F1 valve to pressuring on medium stored cylinder in time, in order to improve the filling speed.

5. When filling machine valve parts, pipe leak, should be closed before the leak valve, repair or replace all the accessories when pressure relief vent.
