FM200 Gas Fire Extinguisher System
The FM-200 Fire Suppression System is an engineered system utilizing a fixed nozzle agent distribution network. The system is designed and installed in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 2001, "Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems." When properly designed, the FM-200 system will suppress surface burning fire in Class A, B, and C hazards.
The clean agent fire extinguishing system shall perform as outlined in the following sub-sections.
A. Achieve a 6.25% (v/v) extinguishing concentration for Class A (Surface Type Fires) hazards.
B. Achieve a 8.70% (v/v) or greater, as required, extinguishing concentration for Class B (Flammable Liquids) hazards.
C. Achieve a 7.00% (v/v) extinguishing concentration for Class C (Energized Electrical Equipment) hazards.
D. Within 10 seconds, the clean agent fire extinguishing system shall discharge 95% of the required suppression agent mass.
E. The clean agent fire extinguishing system shall consist of one or more Asenware Fire Systems agent cylinders and related equipment. The cylinders may be either connected to a discharge pipe arrangement separately or connected to a common manifold and discharge pipe arrangement. The agent cylinders shall be filled with FM-200, and super pressurized with dry nitrogen to a working pressure of 360 PSIG at 70°F (24.8 bar gauge at 21°C).

B Detection System - The ASENWARE Detection System is used where an automatic electronic detection system is required to actuate the FM-200 suppression system. This detection system is
used to actuate a single, fixed, fire suppression or alarm system based on inputs received from fire detection devices. The detection circuits can be configured using cross, counting, independent or priority-zone (counting) concepts. The detection system has been tested to the applicable FCC Rules and Regulations for Class A Computing devices.FM200 fire detection and suppression systems.
