The PU polyurethane fiberglass composite structural profiles is a kind of new composite material made with the pultrusion technology, which uses PU as base material and fiberglass or related products as reinforcing material.
In properties, the PU composite material boasts high strength, modulus, impact strength, oxygen index, heat-insulating performance and low expansivity, etc.
PU polyurethane fiberglass composite structural profiles Pultrusion process is a kind of method to make composite profiles continously,which using the twistless roving with the other continous reinforced composites, polyster surface mat ,etc. to proceed the resin impregnation,then go through the forming mould with the same section,and make the continuous depanning after curing in the intramode. Thus,the pultrusion products come out by this automatic production process .Pultrusion products includes fiberglass pultrusion profiles ,carbon fiber profiles ,fiberglass and carbon firber mixed or pull wound profiles,ABS/PE or similar thermoplastic with PU polyurethane fiberglass composite profiles. the common products include round rods,round tubes,flat bars,square tubes,angles bars,U channel,I profiles ,T profiles and other kinds of special profiles with same cross section.

Processing Technique:
Fiberglass structural Profile production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,continous mat,woven robing,carbon or others.The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix (resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties,After the pre-forming step,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.
