Our company can produce various specifications of FRP sand-filled winding pipes and FRP winding process pipes with a diameter of 100-4000mm and a length of less than 18000mm. The working temperature of the pipeline is 40ºC -80ºC, the pipeline with special ratio can withstand high temperature of 110ºC, and the pipeline will not crack under the freezing medium. If used for large and medium flow pipelines, the construction cost of large-diameter quartz sand-filled pipelines is 30% lower than that of steel pipes of the same diameter, which is equivalent to cement pipes, and has convenient transportation, low construction costs, no maintenance, and a service life of 50 years above.
