Our flanges include the entire flange and the overlap flange. We can order flanges, elbows, reducers, and tees of various specifications and materials.
Fiberglass flanges and fiberglass fittings are manufactured through manual laying, contact forming, and spraying processes. During the manual layering and contact molding process, a veil is applied to the mold, and a woven layer of yarn soaked in resin is applied to the cushion. During the spraying process, continuous rovings are fed through a shredding machine gun, combined with catalytic resin, and sprayed onto the surface of the mold.
Our pipe fittings include 45 degree elbows, 90 degree elbows, tees, crosses, flanges, Y-shaped pipes, adapter pipes, etc. For ease of implementation, some pipe fittings can be electrified, such as bent pipes, triple pipes, cross shaped pipes, etc.
