The resin content range of each layer of FRP pipe
Lining: resin content≥70% (30% silicon carbide powder for desulfurization pipes / 15% graphite powder for anti-static pipes)
Structural layer: 30±5% resin content
Outer surface layer: resin content ≥ 90% (desulfurization spray pipeline needs outer structural layer + outer surface layer to add 30% silicon carbide powder)
