The company has 11 sets of FRP wet sand inclusion automatic production line, the equipment refers to the Germany Siemens control system and the FRP sand inclusion vibration device jointly developed with Harbin Institute of Technology scientific and technological personnel, reaching the advanced level of the same industry in China, DN100-DN4000 more than 200 molds of various models, can meet more than 8 different types of pipeline production at the same time, with an annual production capacity of more than 60,000 tons, the product implements the national standard 21238, and the chemical standard 21633.
The resin content range of each layer of FRP pipe
Lining: resin content≥70% (30% silicon carbide powder for desulfurization pipes / 15% graphite powder for anti-static pipes)
Structural layer: 30±5% resin content
Outer surface layer: resin content ≥ 90% (desulfurization spray pipeline needs outer structural layer + outer surface layer to add 30% silicon carbide powder)
