CNC Workshop
The company is equipped with advanced CNC equipment, high-precision imported
processing center, and adopts information management methods to achieve independent
precision machining of precision parts of key parts of the loom. The processing accuracy
of key parts and components reaches 0.01mm, greatly improving the whole machine Stability

Painting Workshop
The spraying workshop adopts the fully-automatic coating production line and spraying robot
independently developed by the company, and uses the same electrophoretic coating process
as car that of automobile production to ensure that the inner and outer surfaces of complex
workpieces are even and smooth, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the workpieces.
Environmentally friendly surface treatment, electrophoretic coating, topcoating process, and coating
film drying process are all automated to improve the quality of the workpiece coating, have the same
salt spray resistance as the car, and the appearance is more excellent.Improve the corrosion resistance
of the inner cavity of the workpiece, strong adhesion, long anti-rust time.
Assembly shop
The company adopts the whole machine assembly line, through strict quality management,
finely differentiates the assembly process flow, uses special tools to fix the torque to fasten the connectors,
