How to reset pro2
To reset Pro 2, follow these steps:
Disconnect: Ensure that the connection between Pro 2 and your iPh0ne or i+Pad is disconnected. If Pro 2 is currently connected to the device, please disconnect it in the device's Bluetooth settings first.
Insert the Pro 2 into the charging case and ensure that the cover of the charging case is closed.
Wait for 30 seconds: Wait for approximately 30 seconds.
Press and hold the settings button: Open the cover of the charging case, then press and hold the settings button on the back of the charging case until you see the status indicator light flashing amber a few times, then keep flashing white.
Restore factory settings: When the status indicator light flashes white, it indicates that the Pro 2 has been restored to its factory settings. At this point, you can try pairing them with your iPh0ne or i+Pad again.
