- Please provide the model number of the item for sample requests. Samples are free, but shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Typically, samples are sent out within 3-5 days via DHL or UPS.

How much for my own design? Is there a sample charge? Can I get a refund for mass production?
- Molding and sample fees depend on your design. Sample mold lead time is 5 days, while mass production mold lead time is 10 days. Sample charges are refunded upon placing an order, and molding fees are refundable based on your order quantity. Please note that shipping fees for samples are not included.
